In my experience hosting these over the years, I’ve tried all kinds of combos of including breakfast, lunch, and dinners and what I’ve found is that most people prefer to be in control of their own breakfast items and times.

And, prefer to be in charge of how they spend their dinner time. Some people want to eat with a few others, some want to eat alone to recharge, and some people want to hang in the hot tub and eat something light before bed.

So, breakfasts & dinners are a choose-your-own-adventure (with my help sourcing grocery stores and nearby restaurants).

Unlike most retreats or group experiences, this is created by an introvert (me). I’ve set up the experience to accommodate introverts and the need to recharge.

You’ll be fine here. The vibe isn’t “forced bonding.” It’s cozy, calm, and grounded. Plenty of space to connect and retreat. Everyone gets it.

Extroverts are welcome, of course, especially the ones who tend to adopt us introverts.

You need to be able to walk a few miles on uneven terrain, but this isn’t a fitness challenge. It’s an experience, not a trek.

Due to the nature of this experience, there is a $1500 non-refundable retainer to retain your spot to Expedition Untamed and the 1:1 session pre-expedition.

There is a 14-day cancellation window should you need to cancel, no questions asked. Your balance will be waived.

If you book in after July 20th, 2025 and cancel, your full balance is due unless you find a replacement who is a good fit.

Most every local under 80 years old speaks English. There are a lot of signs in English and it is not a problem to get around even if Iceland is your first time in a Nordic country.

That’s perfectly ok. You will naturally be guided in the direction you need.

Firstly, I am sorry to hear you had a shitty experience and wish I could say this wasn’t common. Most of my clients and retreat attendees have also been burned prior to working with me.

The Farmhouse is very large so everyone will have their own down time to enjoy as they want, with or without the group.

As an introvert, I know how shitty it is to go to a group experience and feel like I disappeared into the back never to be noticed again. That won’t happen at Expedition Untamed.

Iceland IS stunning and I can understand how something this epic can feel intimidating if you don’t know what to expect.

• Yes, I help every attendee on some level with their trip experience and planning.

• Regular spot holders will have a resource that gives them the A to Z recommendations.

• VIP spot holders will have that resource PLUS personalized planning assistance from me to get feedback and adjustments on their plans, specific recommendations for what they want to see/do/eat. You have me 1:1 via email to help you.

• Most people feel intimidated by Iceland due to the driving and the language. However, in September you won’t have the difficult driving situations and you will be just fine not knowing Icelandic.

I don’t do one-size-fits-all anything. The group is small for a reason. You’ll get the group masterminding plus my eyes and ears. This is strategy, clarity, and support.

Yes, please! I encourage you to bring a camera if you have it. Part of the experience will involve you being creative, so, having a creative tool you love will be great.

We will have plenty of time to stop and have you capture what you’re feeling inspired by.

Just as you’re a creative, I am a creative, and my main medium is being a visual storyteller.

The journey you’re about to go on has a clear ‘‘who I was before Iceland’’ and ‘‘who I am after Iceland’’.
